is registered as a German attorney at law since 2012 and joined VOSSIUS & PARTNER in mid-2017. He advises national and international clients in all aspects of intellectual property law and in particular in patent law. He is focused in contentious patent law matters with a comprehensive expertise in mobile communications, telecommunications and electronics. In these areas he has a particular experience with standard-essential patents and related competition law issues. He advises clients in cross-border patent litigations especially in the field of mobile communications.
Moritz-M. Bloser studied law at the LMU (Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich) and passed his two state exams in 2010 and 2012 also in Munich. Before he was admitted as an attorney, Moritz-M. Bloser has worked as a trainee for different law firms in the area of IP law and for an IP boutique in Singapore. During his compulsory legal clerkship he worked in the patent litigation teams of two leading international law firms in Munich.
In 2017, Moritz-M. Bloser successfully finished the theoretical part for becoming a bar-certified specialist for intellectual property rights. He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR). He speaks German and English.
Prior to joining VOSSIUS & PARTNER, Moritz-M. Bloser was a member of the patent litigation team at an international law firm in Munich for more than four years.
