studied chemistry at the Technical University of Munich from 2007 to 2013 specializing in organic and inorganic chemistry. She further holds a Master in Biotechnology from the University of Queensland (Brisbane/Australia) completed in 2011. After her studies, she did a Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry at the Technical University of Munich from 2013 to 2016 with research stays at the University of Groningen (Netherlands) and at Cardiff University (Wales/GB). Her research focused on the synthesis of supramolecular metallocages and their application as drug delivery systems for anticancer agents.
Dr. Andrea Schmidt joined Vossius & Partner at their Munich office in 2017. Since then, she has been training to become a German and European patent attorney.
