joined VOSSIUS & PARTNER in 2016 and was admitted to practice as a German Patent Attorney (Patentanwalt) and European Patent Attorney in 2016. From 2012 to 2016, he worked for a renowned patent law firm in Munich. His training in IP included stages at the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal German Patent Court and the Lower District Court in Munich.
Dr. Landwehr studied physics in Zurich from 2003 to 2008 and accomplished his studies with a Master of Science. From 2008 to 2012, Dr. Landwehr graduated in particle and accelerator physics at the Max Planck Institute for Physics in Munich as well as at the Technical University of Munich.
Dr. Landwehr represents clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) as well as before the European Patent Office (EPO) and gained valuable experience in opposition, nullity, and infringement cases. Dr. Landwehr contributes his expertise in particular in the technical fields including physics and material science, measuring technologies, medical engineering, as well as automotive and aerospace engineering.
