was admitted as German attorney-at-law in 2015 and joined the trademark and design department of VOSSIUS & PARTNER in March 2019. Her practice focuses on trademark, design and competition law as well as national and international IT and software law.
She is responsible for the enforcement and defence of the trademark, design and competition law claims of her clients. A further field of activity is advice on software and licensing law issues, including software copyright law and Open Source.
Before joining VOSSIUS & PARTNER, Mrs. Visbeck worked for a leading international commercial law firm in the areas of IP, IT and competition law as well as in the legal department of a listed German DAX 30 media company, where she was responsible for comprehensive legal advice in the areas of digital commerce and digital entertainment.
Mrs. Visbeck studied law in Münster and Barcelona. During her studies she gained experience in international commercial law firms in the field of IP/IT and obtained the title LL.M. (Master of Laws) in the field of European competition and regulatory law in cooperation with Europe's largest telecommunications company. Mrs. Visbeck is writing her doctoral thesis in competition law and publishes on competition and data protection law.
