Claus Peter Pietruk
born in 1965, studied physics at the University of Karlsruhe (TH). After completing his diploma thesis at the Institute for Nuclear Physics III at Kernforschungszentrum Karlsruhe, he worked for several years in laser spectroscopy research at the Fraunhofer Institute for Atmospheric Research in Garmisch-Partenkirchen before he entered the field of intellectual property in a renowned law firm in Munich. In 1997, he was admitted to practice as a German Patent Attorney, European Trademark & Design Attorney and European Patent Attorney and worked in his own law firm in Karlsruhe prior to joining Vossius & Partner in 2014, where he also was admitted as a Swiss Patent Attorney.
Peter Pietruk has extensive experience in litigation and prosecution proceedings and has served and advised a large number of Start-ups and medium-sized companies.
